Weekending Nov 8th
The
Mix 97 / Cogeco Novice A Junior Bulls experienced their first taste of defeat
this weekend when they travelled to Whitby to play the Minor Atom AE Whitby
Wildcats. The Whitby team's extra year,
coupled with the flu bug resulted in Belleville's 3-1 loss. Willie Richards scored Belleville's lone
goal, assisted by Daniel Panetta on a very nice
play. Charlie Archer was strong
in net, ensuring that Belleville was not out of the game until the very end.
On
Sunday, Belleville got back on track by defeating Cobourg 5-2 at the Wally
Dever. It was a strong
"bounce-back" performance from their first loss, with five player
accounting for the Jr. Bulls'
goals. Daniel Panetta, Cole LEal, Bryce Rose, Liam
Lochhead, and Colby Crowe all clicked in the winning effort, with Zach Uens
picking up a pair of assists, and Josh Verbeek, Lochhead, Kyle Scruby,
Matthew
Birchard and Landon McLellan all notching single helpers.
Jackson
Bonn played a nice game in net, making several tough saves.
Daniel
Panetta received the "Taking the Bull by the Horns Award" for his
strong effort in the win. Belleville
continues to lead the Lakeshore Novice A loop, which incudes four Minor Atom AE
teams.
The Four
Seasons Sports Minor Atom 'A' team enjoyed an undefeated home stand this past
weekend. On Saturday the Jr. Bulls won 2-1 over Ajax with Isaac Bridges
providing outstanding goaltending to earnthe win. On Sunday the
team won 10-0 over Pickering with Ryan Rushlow picking up the shutout.
Goal scorers wereRegan Fleming,Cole St. Pierre, Will Bardwell,
Angelo Brown, Owen Dever andBen Trumpour. Assists went to Parker
Brown, Trumpour, Braydan Forestell, Theo Citrullo, Graeme Smith, Rorey Kehoe,
Bardwell, Dever, A.Brown, Mark Mulder and Devin Roach."

Minor Atom AE Bulls Ray Bros. Construction Team hosted Oshawa on Saturday, 7
November winning 7-1. Awesome
performance in net by Luis Denison and Aidan Brownlee. Goals scored by Carson Waite (2), Tyler
Gordon (2), Nickolas Rittwage, Kaylen MacCormack, and Brady Potter. Assists to Gavin McQuaid (2), Kaylen
MacCormack, Tyler Gordon, Joshua Henderson, Nickolas Rittwage (2), Joshua Kyte

Belleville
Minor Atom AE Bulls Ray Bros Construction Team hosted Oshawa on Sunday 8
November losing 5-1. Goal scored by
Carson Waite, assists to Kaylen MacCormack and Campbell Fair.
The Parkside
Landscaping Major Atom A Jr. Bulls played an away gamein Uxbridge on
Saturday,losing 4-3. The Jr. Bulls managed totie the game
with 27-seconds remaining on the clock but then Uxbridge came back with the
winning goalonly seconds later. Scoring for the Bulls was Josh
Love, Wyatt Brennan, and Nick Bartlett with assists from Jack Belanger, Cam
Hale-Sanders, Cole King, and Jordy Grigoriou.On On Sunday, in a home game
against Pickering, Belleville won 6-4. On the scoresheet was Bartlett (2);
Grigoriou, King, Riley McMillan, and Cam Hale-Sanders with assists from
Grigoriou
(3), CamHale Sanders (2), Bartlett, and Colin Taugher
The First On Site Restoration Minor Peewee AE Jr Bulls
hosted Whitby on Saturday. Belleville, with strong goaltending by Zak Kelly,
kept the score to a 2-0 home loss. On Sunday the Junior Bulls travelled to Ajax
where they went down to a close 4-3 defeat. Goals – Evan Hoecht, Reilly
Connell, Wyatt Brauer. Assists – Johnathan McDonald, Declan Cross, William
Keneford and Evan Foley. Evan Hill was strong in net throughout the game.
Three
more wins for the McDougall Insurance Midget Minor A team lands them in first
place in their division with a record of 10-1-1 for 21 points. The Bulls defeated Port Perry 6-1 on goals by
Paul Buckley (2), Mitch Goodfellow, Mitchell Smith, Dan London and Cullen
McGrath.
Assisting
were Shawn Dinnery-Peeling (2), Conrad Charlton, Derek Stoliker, Dakota Mahar,
Matt McDougall, Goodfellow and McGrath (2).
Belleville
then went on to win against Cobourg 3-1 on goals by McGrath, Jared Boomhower
and TJ McAlarey. Assists were from
Dinnery-Peeling (2), Goodfellow, and McDougall.
An action packed game against Oshawa saw the Bulls win 5-3. Scoring for the Bulls were Charlton, McGrath,
Smith, Mahar and McAlarey assisted by Devin McCann (2), Stoliker, Smith,
London, McAlarey and Charlton.
Outstanding goaltending efforts continue from Nick Nunn and Brodie
McGinnis.
The Carpet One Major Bantam AE Jr. Bulls lost 5-2 in
Uxbridge Saturday Night. Scoring for Belleville was Cameron Bell and Nick
Eliopoulos, with assists going to Brock Cruess, Connor Stone and Brycen
Thompson. Riley Sampson played a solid game in net.
On Sunday The Carpet One Major Bantam AE Jr. Bulls won
2-1 versus Ajax at the Wally Dever.
Scoring for Belleville was Keegan Leal and Luc Lentini, with assists going to
Brycen Thompson, Brennan Chesterton and Joshua Leadbeater. Corey McMurter
played another strong game in net.
The International Truckload Services Midget Jr Bulls slpit a pair of games this
past weekend. Saturday the Midgets lost a sloppy and chippy 5-2 game away in
Clarington. Scoring for the Bulls was Mike Joyce and Riley Muise with assists
to Tyler Lobb, Dante Riganelli, Evan Greer and Tyler Diamond. Andrew Gnagnarella
took the loss in net.
INAjax Sunday, the visiting ITS Jr Bulls dominated the host Attack from start
to finsih in a 4-2 win. Scoring for the locals was Greer, Brett Bateman,
Riganelli and Muise. Assists were credited to Bateman, Greer, Diamond, David
Lytle and Jordan Cormier. Dylan Bouwers stood tall in net.
Nextgame for the ITS Bulls is Thursday Nov. 12 at Dick Ellis at 9:30pm.

The Peter Smith Chev Olds Pee Wee Jr.Bulls participated in the Kingston
tournament this past weekend where they opened up against Ottawa West and
earned a 3-0 victory.Austin Lalonde handled the goaltending with lots of
good saves.Goal scorers this game were Bradley Chapman,Jessie Elliot and Noah
Sager.The helpers went to Cam Frenken with two,Shaemus Addy and Jordan Guindon
with singles.Saturday morning the Bulls faced Onondaga and grabbed another win,
3-2 ,thanks to timely goals by Liam Bailey-McDade,Jordan Guindon and Noah
Sager.The assists went to CJ Fox,Shaemus Addy,Bradley Soule,Jessie Elliot,and
Logan Elliot.Brock Tuftskept the Peter Smith Chev Olds squad in the
game tending goal.The Saturday evening game the Bulls were not so lucky losing
a tight 2-1 tilt to Kingston.Austin Lalondeplayed solid in the net while
Jordan Guindon had the lone tally for the Bulls.Sunday morning the Jr.Bulls
handled the Onondaga team once againin the semi-final,winning by a 4-1
score.Bradley Chapman started the goal scoring,unassisted,then Bradley Soule,again
Bradley Chapman and Jessie Elliot followed up withgoals with
assiststo Jordan Guindon,Noah Sager,CJ Fox,Bradley Souleand Cam
Frenken.Brock Tufts was once again solid between the pipes.The final
championship game was a nail bitter as the Peter Smith Chev Olds Bulls came up
a little short on the wrong end of a 2-1 score.Austin Lalonde kept the game
close ingoaluntil CJ Fox scored in the third to make it
close.Assists on the goal went to Jordan Guindon and Bradley Chapman.Great
