The cost of kids
participation in Hockey is continually on the rise. In addition to program/membership costs, the
price of equipment has increased exponentially in the last few years. The composite hockey stick is a major
contributing factor to the increase in expenses to families with kids in
hockey. This is largely due to the fact
that kids want to play with a top end stick! Considering the durability of a light weight composite stick,
along with the amount of hockey they play (practice, games, school hockey,
etc) most players will require multiple sticks per season. When the stick breaks (outside of 30 days)
it’s considered worthless, that's where players and parents should consider
having it repaired. The cost of a new top end composite is 7
times more expensive then a repair. With numerous
local Junior and AAA level players using refurbished composite sticks why
