The Kafka and Kort Tyke Jr Bulls had a great Saturday winning the Canadian Tire Campbellford Tyke Tournament!  The Jr Bulls were dominant their journey to the win, only giving up 2 goals in the entire Tournament.  All of the team contributed to the scoring and the goaltenders held the line when called on, including stopping a penalty shot in the final game.  The Jr Bulls are going to use the momentum built up as they enter into League playoffs,

The Kafka and Kort Tyke Jr Bulls had a long weekend playing 5 games in 3 days at the Curtis Joseph Tyke Invitational Tournament in Newmarket.  32 Tyke teams from Ontario and New York competed and our Jr Bulls played their hearts out.  They had a 1-4 record, but all games were close.  The win came in the most important game, the final one.  The Jr Bulls put on a shooting, passing and defense clinic, taking the game 7-4.  After each game, a team MVP was awarded by the referees.  The 5 Game MVPs were Jack Dever (2), Michael Moreau, Carter Leveque and Jay Solomon.  

The Fundraising Draw was done on Monday Night after the practice.  A big Think You to all those who supported the Tyke Bulls by buying a ticket. The KAFKA AND KORT Tyke Junior Bulls finally got one in the win column on Sunday!  Tight defense, excellent goal tending and strong offence all combined to get a 4-2 win over the Clarington Red team.  Jay Solomon (2), and Jack Dever (2) scored for the Bulls.  Liam Thomas and Peyton Lake split the goal tending. Kaiden Whitney  was awarded the hard hat for hardest working player of the game.

The Kafka and Kort Tyke Belleville Junior Bulls had a split weekend; they won their first game against the Stirling Blues Friday night, but couldn't match that effort against Clarington on Saturday. The Friday Game, an Exhibition, was a great offensive game for the Jr Bulls, with a final score of 11-0. Scoring for the Jr Bulls was Jack Dever (3), Ty Foley (3), Kaiden Whitney (2), Jennifer Keller, Braedyn Rogers and Jay Solomon. Liam Thomas and Peyton Lake split their first Shutout. Brent Bashall was award the hardhat for the hardest working player of the game. The KAFKA AND KORT Tyke Junior Bulls finished the weekend with a tie and a loss.  On Saturday the Jr Bulls had their FIRST road game in Douro facing the Peterborough Jr Petes.  The Jr Bulls were ahead by one until the Petes got a lucky bounce off of a stick to tie the game up with 1 minute left in the game.  Scoring for the Jr Bulls was led by Jack Dever who got the first hat trick of the season!  Also scoring was Carter Leveque; assists came from Jack Dever, Jennifer Keller, Kaiden Whitney and Duncan Schneider.  Liam Thomas and new goalie to the team Peyton Lake were in net.  Carter Leveque got the 'hard hat' for the hardest working player of the game. On Sunday, the Jr Bulls played Lindsay at the Wally Dever, with Lindsay again getting the better of the Jr Bulls, winning 5-2.   Jack Dever and Kaiden Whitney each scored one, with Keegan Steedman and Brett Bashall getting the assists.  Peyton Lake and Liam Thomas split the net duty for the game.  Adam Toop got the 'hard hat' for the
