Pre Registration is for Players that will be attending the Spring Tryouts for AA and AE teams, and must be completed prior to the start of tryouts for that level.  If you are registering for our House League program (including Timbits Initiation), online registration will be available at a later date.

All players who have Belleville as their Home Centre and are trying out for a AAA Centre are also required to pre-register and submit their $50.00 payment to maintain their membership.  Please indicate in the comment section that you require a Permission to Skate and you will be contacted when it is available for pick up.

Age groups listed below are reference only, please refer to the OMHA Manual of Operations should you have any questions regarding birth years for Rep tryouts. 

If you are Preregistering under Regulation 3.5 please state this in the Comment portion of the Registration Form.

2012 / 2013 Player Pre-Registration Form

• Players wishing to participate in spring tryouts for for the 2012 / 2013 BMHA Junior Bulls MUST be pre-registered with the BMHA. The remaining balance of the base registration fee is due by August 1, 2012. 
• Registration is not considered complete until full payment has been received by the BMHA. The BMHA no longer accepts personal cheques, you may register online using a Visa / Mastercard or in person at the BMHA Office using Cash, Interac, Visa or Mastercard.
• Refund request forms are available at the BMHA office and online, please refer to the BMHA Website or contact us for our refund policy which may include processing fees.
• The BMHA has an established Code of Conduct for Players, Coaches and Parents as published in the BMHA Rules and Regulations booklet. As the parent / guardian of the registered player, you agree to abide by these policies.
