The Belleville Police Services in combination with the Quinte Children's Foundation has started the Build A Player program it is designed to outfit kids in the community with hockey gear. Throughout the month of July equipment was collected for kids so that they can play hockey.  With the assistance of the Quinte Children’s Foundation Playing for Keeps program we will outfit kids.
