CONSTRUCTION HAS BEGUN on Belleville’s new Multiplex Recreation Community Centre.   NO ENTRANCE INTO THE CONSTRUCTION SITE OR ZONE WILL BE ALLOWED UNTIL THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.  PLEASE HELP AND ASSIST US IN GETTING THE WORD OUT TO ALL OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND STAKEHOLDERS …   Please be advised that effective immediately construction has begun at the Quinte Sports Centre ( 265 Cannifton Road)  on the new $35 million multiplex. Please ensure that everyone involved in your organization/group understands that parking or entering through the construction fencing is very DANGEROUS and could cause delays in the construction of your new community facility.   We have been experiencing some issues with people opening the construction gates and entering the construction zone.
